Delete Your Account

You can delete your ChiroRing account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete in the App

1. Open the ChiroRing app and go to the ME tab.
2. Open Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on that device.

Request Deletion Without the App

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email privacy@chiroring.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will verify the request and delete your account. We respond within 15 working days.

What Is Deleted and Retained

• Deleted: Your account, profile information, and the health and activity data recorded by your ring and app (steps, sleep, heart rate, temperature, HRV, and related metrics). Most data is deleted within 30 days.
• Backups: Encrypted backups may retain data for up to 90 days before they are purged.
• Retained where required: Records we are legally required to keep (for example, purchase and tax records) are retained only as long as the law requires.
